Mysterious Disappearance of the Department of the Interior Link to the Joint Statement on Cooperative Action for Conservation in the Big Bend/Rio Bravo Region

Today while composing my FERC scoping comment, I was going through some links I have been collecting over the course of the past several months. While the general Bi-National Agreement is still available on-line, the Joint Statement on Cooperative Action that specifically pertains to conservation of the Rio Grande/Rio Bravo region seems to have mysteriously disappeared from the Department of the Interior Website.
